For reservations made through Booking.com, Expedia, or any other 3rd party online travel agencies, please cancel reservations directly through them.

Cancellation policy:

Reservations cancelled 3 days (72 hours) or more before arrival are fully refundable. Bookings cancelled less than 3 days (72 hours) before arrival will incur the full cost of reservation. This includes no-shows and any cancellations made during the stay. For more details, please refer to hotel policies
