Executive assistant to senior management when needed.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Provide a seamless and positive experience to all visitors.
Provide excellent customer service.
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform other related duties for other departments as required.
Qualifications
:
3+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
Event planning or similar experience is a bonus
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
