Your safety and comfort, along with your fellow guests and staff, is Panda Pod Hotel’s highest priority. As such, below are the guidelines in place at our hotel.
Guests are required to provide proof of full vaccination upon arrival.
Guests are required to have their temperature taken using a contact-free, instant-read thermometer before check-in. Guests who decline to have their temperature taken, or whose temperature reveals a fever, will not be permitted to check-in and will be asked to leave hotel premises.
Guests are required to wear a face mask at all times at hotel premises, except when they are in their assigned pod or in the shower stalls. As such, guests are requested to not remove masks at the front desk or in the lounge area, hallways, and/or restroom facilities.
Staff are required to wear a mask at all times.
Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the hotel premises. Please make use of hand sanitizer often in addition to regular hand washing. In particular, please sanitize after coming in from outside, and before and after enjoying our shared facilities.
Panda Pod Hotel is currently operating at reduced guest capacity to ensure that proper distancing can be maintained. Please do your part by maintaining the recommended minimum 2-metre/6.5 foot distance between yourself, hotel staff and your fellow guests whenever you are outside of your assigned pod.
Panda Pod Hotel staff are dedicated to thoroughly sanitizing the hotel premises multiple times daily. Every pod will have UV sanitizing to ensure the highest standards of safety. If you find that any part of the premises isn’t being maintained to your satisfaction, please inform a staff member, and we’ll be happy to address it immediately.
Under health and safety guidelines, Panda Pod Hotel reserves the right to reject, without refund, any guest found not abiding the above guidelines.
