Airline Crew Stay Policy (2026)

 

Eligibility
Our Crew Program is available exclusively to verified airline crew, including flight attendants, pilots, and ground staff.
To qualify, guests must present a valid crew ID, airline employee badge, or RAIC before or at check-in.
This program is offered annually from October 1 to May 31, with limited availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
As this is a specially reduced rate for airline crew, additional conditions apply alongside Panda Pod Hotel’s regular hotel policies.

Crew Rates

April 15 to May 31

  • Upper Pod: $77/night, tax included
  • Lower Pod: $79/night, tax included
All crew rates are tax included and must be paid by e-transfer.
Rates are subject to availability, and Panda Pod Hotel reserves the right to adjust pricing without notice.

Booking & Updates (Required)
All airline crew reservations must be submitted through our official booking form. Please follow the instructions in the form for all booking details and requests.
For the latest program updates, please refer to this page, as it is the official and most up-to-date reference for our Crew Program.
First-time guests must upload a copy of their crew ID, employee ID, or RAIC for discount verification purposes only.

Payment & Confirmation
After your booking request is approved, payment must be sent by e-transfer to [email protected].
Important: Payment must be completed on the same day as the booking request to secure your pod. Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received. Unpaid requests may be automatically cancelled without notice. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Damage Deposit
A refundable $80 damage deposit will be authorized on your credit card on check-in day. Please refer to the booking link for full details.

Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times
  • Check-in: after 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: before 11:00 AM

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

Self Check-In & Check-Out Tutorial (Please View)
All guests are required to review the Self Check-In & Check-Out Tutorial before arrival.

Self check-in is available only after ID verification has been completed and the deposit has been successfully authorized. If front desk hours are missed and self check-in cannot be completed, no refund will be issued.

Behavior & Conduct
Panda Pod Hotel proudly welcomes airline crew from around the world and works hard to maintain a professional, respectful, and comfortable environment for everyone.
We kindly ask all guests to treat staff and fellow guests with courtesy and respect. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unreasonable behavior may result in removal from the program and refusal of future bookings.

Cancellations & Refunds
This program offers a special discounted rate and follows strict booking terms.
All bookings made under this rate are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable.
All participants remain subject to Panda Pod Hotel’s standard policies in addition to the Crew Program terms listed on this page.
