Airline Crew Stay Policy (2025)

Eligibility

  • This offer is available exclusively to verified airline crew, including flight attendants, pilots, and ground staff.
  • A valid crew ID or airline badge must be presented before or at check-in.
  • The program operates from October 1 to April 15 each year with limited pods available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Because this is a deeply discounted offer, special conditions apply in addition to our standard hotel policies.

Rates

  • Lower Pod: $57 per night
  • Upper Pod: $55 per night
  • It has to be paid via e-transfer and will include tax.
  • Rates may vary depending on availability. Panda Pod Hotel reserves the right to adjust pricing without notice.

Booking Procedures

Step 1 – Email Your Booking Request:

with the following details:

  1. Your full name
  2. Check-in and check-out dates
  3. Phone number
  4. Whether you require early check-in or late check-out (each subject to a $25 fee)
  5. Your estimated time of arrival
  6. If you have stayed with us before, please include your last reservation number (if available)

Step 2 – Receive Confirmation:

Once your request is received, our team will send a booking confirmation by email.

Step 3 – Complete Payment:

After receiving your confirmation, send payment via e-transfer to [email protected] within the same day to secure your pod. Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received. Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled without notice. Availability is first-come, first-served.

Step 4 – Damage Deposit:

A refundable $80 damage deposit will be authorized on your credit card at check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early or late check: $25 each (subject to availability; must be arranged in advance)
  • For after-hours arrivals, late check-in instructions will be emailed once your booking is confirmed.
  • All guests must complete ID Verification (IDV) and show a valid crew ID or airline badge at check-in.
  • If Front Desk hours are missed and self check-in cannot be completed, no refund will be issued.

All self check-in steps take place only after your ID verification has been processed and deposit authorized.

Repeat Stay Reward

After five completed stays, guests receive a Panda Pod branded mesh bag as a loyalty gift. Rewards are non-transferable and available while supplies last. Guests can collect rewards at the Front Desk during their next visit.

Behavior & Conduct

Panda Pod Hotel welcomes airline crew from around the world and strives to maintain a professional and comfortable environment. We ask that all guests treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unreasonable behavior may result in disqualification from this program and refusal of future bookings.

Cancellations & Refunds

This program offers a special discounted rate and follows strict terms.

All bookings made under this rate are

  • Non-refundable,
  • Non-transferable, and
  • Non-changeable.

All participants are subject to standard Panda Pod Hotel policies in addition to these program terms.
