Panda Pod Hotel – Crew Rest & Reset Program Policies

Eligibility

  • Offer is exclusive to verified airline crew — flight attendants, pilots, or ground staff.
  • A valid crew ID or badge must be presented before or upon check-in.
  • Offer valid October 1 – April 15 each year, only.
  • Limited pods available – first come, first serve.
  • Offer details, pricing, and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Rates

  • Lower Pod: $57/night | Upper Pod: $55/night
  • Tax included when paid by e-transfer.
  • Website rates include additional tax.
  • Panda Pod Hotel reserves the right to adjust pricing without notice.

Booking Method

Option 1 – New Guests (Online):

  • Visit pandapod.ca and use promo code AIRPANDA to check availability.
  • Website rates include extra tax. To receive the tax-included $55–$57 crew rate, payment must be made by e-transfer.

Option 2 – Returning Crew Only (Email):

  • Returning guests who have previously stayed may email [email protected] to reserve directly.
  • Send payment via e-transfer to [email protected] within the same day as the booking request, to secure the pod.
  • Important:
    If payment is not received within the same day as the booking request, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. In cases of limited availability, bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. If payment has been made but the booking cannot be confirmed due to availability, the payment will be refunded.
  • When emailing us, please include in your email:
    • Whether you require early check-in or late check-out ($25 each).
    • Your approximate arrival and departure times.
    • Your e-transfer transaction number for verification.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In: 3 PM | Check-Out: 11 AM
  • Early or late check: $25 each (cannot be waived and subject to availability). Please inform us early for scheduling.
  • For late check-ins (arriving after hours), email instructions will be sent once the booking is confirmed.
  • At check-in, all guests must complete:
    • ID Verification (IDV)
    • $80 Damage Deposit authorization
    • Present crew badge or airline ID for eligibility verification
  • If Front Desk hours are missed and self check-in is not completed, no refund will be issued.

Location & Access

  • 5 minutes on foot from the SkyTrain.
  • 10 minutes by car from YVR.

Repeat Stay Reward

  • After 5 completed stays, crew members receive a Panda Pod branded mesh bag as a loyalty gift.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and available while supplies last.

Behavior & Respect Policy

  • Guests must remain courteous and respectful toward staff and other guests.
  • Disrespectful, demanding, or disruptive behavior will result in disqualification from the program and possible refusal of future bookings.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • This special offer for airline crew is provided at a discounted rate and is therefore non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable.
  • All participants remain subject to standard Panda Pod Hotel rules and policies. Participation in this program does not grant special rights or exceptions.
