We employ encryption on all of your information requests. We use TLS encryption. The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The Panda Pod Hotel’s website is controlled and operated from offices in British Columbia, Canada, and is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and any disputes in connection therewith are to be dealt with exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia.

SEVERABILITY:

If any term of this Agreement is to any extent illegal, otherwise invalid, or incapable of being enforced, such term shall be excluded to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability; all other terms hereof shall remain in full force and effect; and, to the extent permitted and possible, the invalid or unenforceable term shall be deemed replaced by a term that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of such invalid or unenforceable term.
