After your booking and required checks are approved, receive your access instructions. Overnight self check-in begins after 3 PM.
Complete Your Arrival Steps By 9 PM.
Please complete ID verification by 9 PM on your check-in day. A reservation without completed IDV at that deadline is marked as a no-show. Front desk support is available until 10 PM. If you need assisted check-in after 10 PM, contact the front desk team to ask whether it can be arranged before paying. It is not guaranteed; a CAD $35 after-hours service fee applies if assistance is provided.
